SkyShades Hawaii, Inc. is a Hawaii corporation and the Authorized Distributor for SkyShades USA’s products and technology within the State of Hawaii. The SkyShades USA team has been creating architectural shade structures since the inception of the shade sail/tension membrane industry nearly 30 years ago in sun baked Australia.

Our collective team brings a combined 80 years of experience in designing and providing shade protection, in all types of challenging environments.

We are members of the International Fabrics Association International (IFAI).

SkyShades Hawaii is dedicated to providing the highest quality, most aesthetically pleasing shade products available in the market.

• We specialize in designing tensioned fabric shade structures that provide world class shade protection and add an exciting visual impact to any area.
• We also offer architectural umbrellas, parking lot shade and alfresco lounges. These permanent, all weather structures are available with our high quality shade cloth or waterproof PVC fabric.
• All SkyShades Hawaii, Inc. products are custom designed and engineered for our harsh Hawaii conditions and for our local codes and requirements.

How we work

Our role is designing and project managing your total shade solutions. We work with each client to customize a solution which will fulfill your specific needs.

We do this by:

• meeting with you to understand your needs
• assessing your unique site requirements
• designing and presenting our recommended shade solutions for your site
• arranging for engineering and permits if required
• managing the installation of your project (using licensed, bonded and insured contractors)
• bringing your project to a complete and satisfactory conclusion.

Our Team consists of licensed Hawaii Engineers and Contractors.

We will work in cooperation with your architects and designers to provide the expertise for integrating your shade needs into your project.
